No show

If the client does not arrive at the established time and meeting point, it will be considered a "No Show". In this case, there will be no refund, date change, or rescheduling.

Same-day date change

Date changes requested on the same day of the tour will only be authorised upon presenting valid medical evidence (doctor's note or prescription) proving illness. Otherwise, a 30% fee of the total tour cost will be applied for rescheduling, subject to availability.

Advance cancellation

The client may cancel without penalty up to 5 days in advance of the tour date.

Cancellation 24 hours before

If cancellation is made 24 hours before the tour date, only 70% of the total amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellation within 24 hours

If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice or on the same day of the tour, there will be no refund.

General conditions

All refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to be processed, depending on your bank. Tours may be cancelled due to bad weather or force majeure — in such cases, we will offer a date change or a full refund. It is the client's responsibility to provide correct contact information and to check their booking confirmation.
